Virtual Marketing Assistant (6 months post with possibility of extension)
We are looking for a seasoned virtual marketing assistant with at least 2 years’ experience.
This post is a work from home post/ remote work post. You will be working together with the marketing team in Sweden and The Philippines.
You will focus on assisting the marketing team in their daily database management tasks and marketing tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in lead generation activities by answering web/email inquiries
- Assist in creating email templates (in English) for lead nurturing purposes
- Assist in booking meetings/product demos for the sales guy
- Database management by updating leads, cleaning the database from outdated information, and organizing as needed
- Assist in creating new marketing collaterals via Indesign or Adobe illustrator
- Assist in managing Social media
- Assist the marketing team in any and all ongoing marketing activities/efforts
- Bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to work every day. Act as a positive force.
EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of marketing experience. Experience with a software company is advantageous.
- Intellectually curious and quick to comprehend ideas and instructions
- Trust worthy, Creative, deadline driven, self-starter, attentive to detail, collaborative, and flexible.
- Content marketing focused, digital savvy, social media minded
