Looking Back
2021 started with bursts of hope and caution. Everything was reasonably smooth sailing until the omicron variant came and violently shook everything again. This was a harsh reminder that there are no shortcuts to anything worth having.
That said, mental health preservation and resilience became recurring themes throughout the year. For Performance Canvas Financials, it has been a year of pleasant surprises.
Performance Canvas Financials (PCF) focused a lot on financial processes that PCF is excellent in refining and automating. These are processes like customized cash flow, IFRS automation, EBITDA adjustments, commissions calculations, allocations, account reclassification, advanced consolidation, and more.
This year, PCF also introduced an exciting new capability – Budgets and forecasts powered by machine learning. In addition, PCF also deployed a lot of valuable enhancements such as web report improvements, drill data from journals, new skin to the platform, input sheet drill down, Azure AD login, report simplification enhancements, and subscription to reports to name a few.
PCF certainly stepped up its game to keep up with customers’ needs in this uncertain climate in terms of stability, performance, and functionalities.
This year, Performance Canvas Financials focused on improving its integration with SAP Business One, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. These are just added ERP systems it supports.
Looking Ahead
As we close 2021, it is safe to say, Performance Canvas Financials had a good year. As we begin anew, there are so many exciting surprises PCF has prepared, from launching new capabilities to attending new in-person events. There are many things to look forward to.
